Refund & Revisions Policy

Last updated August 31, 2026

Custom and digital work

Custom development, AI training/vision projects, and digital products are generally non-refundable once development has begun or digital access/delivery has occurred. If you change your mind after a project is completed and delivered, a full refund is normally not available.

Wrong selections or early-stage projects

If you accidentally selected the wrong game, device, features, or requirements, contact us as quickly as possible. If development hasn't progressed very far, we may offer a partial refund, project adjustment, or store credit depending on the situation and how much work has already been done.

Changes to project requirements

Major changes to a project's requirements after work has started may require additional development fees or a revised quote, rather than being treated as a covered revision.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions that fall within the original project scope are included at no extra charge. Requests that expand the original scope (new features, new platforms, materially different requirements) are quoted as additional work.

Licensed products

Licenses are refundable within a short window after purchase if the license key has not been activated/used. Once a license has been activated or downloads have been accessed, purchases are final except where the product is materially defective.

Setup assistance

If a setup assistance session doesn't resolve the issue it was scoped to address, you're entitled to a refund or credit for that session.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights or protections you have under applicable law.

How to request a refund

Open a support ticket from your dashboard (category: Order Question or Billing) with your order number and we'll review it.
